From Westchester County Take the NYS Thruway (Rt. 87) North and (Rt. 90) West to exit #33/Verona-Rome-Oneida. Take Rt. 5 West to Oneida, then take Rt. 46 South. Turn left onto Rt. 20 East and then bear right onto Rt. 46. Rt. 46 becomes Rt. 12B. Continue on Rt. 12B into Hamilton. Directions from Rt. 12B below. Continue on Rt. 12B into Hamilton. Directions from Rt. 12B below. From the North Take I-81 South to exit #25A/Thruway onto I-90 East towards Albany. Take exit #33/Verona-Rome-Oneida. Take Rt. 5 West to Oneida, then take Rt. 46 South. Turn left onto Rt. 20 East and then bear right onto Rt. 46. Rt. 46 becomes Rt. 12B. Continue on Rt. 12B into Hamilton.
