Center Valley, Pa. - Bucknell's Ira Reibeisen was named the 2007 Patriot League Men's Tennis Scholar-Athlete of the Year and was one of 26 student-athletes listed on the 2007 Patriot League Men's Tennis Academic Honor Roll, announced Executive Director Carolyn Schlie Femovich Tuesday. Also, included on this year's academic honor roll was Navy's Adrian Lai, who posted a 4.0 grade-point average during the spring semester.
Reibeisen owns a 3.64 overall grade-point average as an accounting major heading into his senior year. The three-time Patriot League Academic Honor Roll Member will intern at Bear Stevens Investing Banking this summer.
For the second year in a row Reibeisen earned First-Team All-Patriot League honors and was named the October Patriot League Player of the Month.
