2006 Patriot League Men's Golf Championship Final Results

The Bucknell Bison shot an 896 to win the 2006 Patriot League Golf Championship played at the U.S. Naval Golf Course in the Annapolis, Md. Charlie Waddell won the individual title and Tournament Most Valuable Player honors shooting a 3-under par 210.
Army came in second shooting an 898, while Navy took third with 910. Lehigh (928), Colgate (941), Holy Cross (943), and Lafayette (945) rounded out the field.
Austin Luher of Army came in second individually shooting a 7-over par 220. Teammate Joey Cave tied for third with a 222 and Pat Beverly tied for eighth carding a 229.
Lehigh's Jason Moloney also shot a 222 for third. was Colgate's top finisher shooting a 226 for a tie for fifth. Navy's Chris Renninger also tied for fifith. The Mids Bryan Stoniecki carded a 228 for seventh.
Rounding out the tie for eighth was Lafayette's top finisher, Tom Palmer and Navy's Ryan Wielgus. Holy Cross' top finishers were Joe Hajjar and Matt Czarnecki who each tied for 12th shooting a 233.
Bucknell head coach Jim Cotner was named the 2006 Golf Coach of the Year.
